Modification Recording Tax Mapping

What was done?: Integrations utilizing the JSON payload for loan modifications can now include the "Modification Recording Tax". The relevant field is: Deal/Loans/Loan[1]/Modifications/Modification[1]/Extension/Other/Modification_Extension/mod_Recording_Tax.

Mapping for Affidavit of No New Improvements

What was done?: To support the completion of the Affidavit of No New Improvements, we have implemented mapping for the necessary previous survey data, specifically including the previous surveyor and previous surveyor date.

API Doc Delivery: Added ClientID for redraws

What was done?: We've enhanced the redraw process to eliminate potential loan selection errors for master users. By including the Sub-User's Client ID, we guarantee the accurate retrieval of the intended loan, even when loan numbers might be identical.

Add additional Date Fields to API response

What was done?: We've enhanced the GetPackageByLoanNumber API response by adding these values:

• createDate: The date the package was created
• signingCompleteDate: The date the signing process was completed.
• signingCancelledDate: The date the signing process was cancelled, if applicable.

API Doc Delivery: Ability to upload document without tags

What was done?: The API document delivery service has been updated to include the ability to upload documents without any tags.

iFrame: Unable to Complete Signing After Review

What was fixed?: Resolved a bug in specific iframe integrations that caused the "Complete Session" button to be cut off at the top of the screen. This occurred after a signer who had already completed the signing continued their review, leaving them unable to finalize the session.

iFrame: Unable to Draw Signature and then Complete Session

What was fixed?: Resolved a bug that prevented the "Complete Session" popup from displaying after a signer utilized the "Draw Signature" option.

Notary Digital Certificate Not Uploading

What was fixed?: We've addressed a bug that was blocking Notaries from uploading and certifying their Digital Certificates. As part of this fix, we've streamlined the process by removing an extra click, making the upload and verification of a digital certificate a single-click action.

Smart eVault

Unable to change user password

What was fixed?: Addressed a user management error where users were locked out of their accounts after changing their password, even though the system reported success. This issue has been resolved.

 

Delete button on Document Types does not work

What was fixed?: Users can now delete custom document types created within the Vault's Configuration page. We have resolved the issue that previously prevented this action, restoring full control over custom document management.
