💫 API Package/Document Redraw Flag

What was done?: We've added a Redraw Flag in the API Package/Document Request payload. This flag exists at the package and document level, to notify the system as to when documents or whole packages should be overwritten with a new request.

🐛 Failure to Send SMS Verification Code

What was fixed?: There was an issue where signers who choose to receive their two factor authentication code via text message, were not receiving the texts. The issue has been resolved.
