🐛 Resolved eNote PDF Rendering Format Issues

What was fixed?: PDF rendering issues caused by HTML formatting errors in FNMA e3200 (Doc ID 4041) and FHLMC VA Fixed Rate eNote (Doc ID 3807) have been resolved. Specifically, asymmetrical margins and incorrect indentations in the mentioned sections of both documents have been corrected.
