🐛 Add Error Checking on Imports
What was fixed?: We've enhanced error handling for Signia JSON Imports, providing users with more detailed and actionable error messages, enabling faster troubleshooting compared to generic errors.

💫 Notary Acknowledgment Personally Known As Fields Added
What was done?: To accommodate investor or county recorder requirements, users can now edit the system-generated "Notary Personally Appeared Text." Separate fields are available for title documents (e.g., Security Instrument) and other notarized documents (e.g., Compliance Agreements). Figure 1 illustrates how the system automatically adjusts these fields when a borrower's role is changed; for example, when Borrower 3 is converted to a Co-Signer, they no longer sign the Security Instrument but appear on other notarized documents. Figure 2 demonstrates a manual edit, where ", Trustee" was added. Manual adjustments are indicated by a red exclamation point in the field's upper right corner. Users can revert to the system-generated text at any time by clicking the "Prefill" button.

Smart eSign
💫 API: PreSign Flag
What was done?: The DocumentUpload API now allows documents to be designated for pre-signing. Clients can enable this designation by setting the AvailableForPresign flag to true. Documents marked for pre-signing can be signed before the scheduled signing date/time

💫 MISMO Doc ID added to Doc Retrieval
What was done?: We enhanced the document export process to include the MISMO Doc ID, document_type_id, when exporting from Signia Doc Library to the Signing Room. This mapping ensures that the correct MISMO document identifiers are passed through the export process as part of the API response when retrieving exported documents.

💫 API: Enable Deletion of Docs/Packages
What was done?: We implemented API endpoints to enable the deletion of eSign packages. This will ensure that test loan packages are not left in the Production environment indefinitely to keep the environment clean of test data.

💫 Improved User Signing Experience
What was done?: We improved the Signing and Review Completion workflow by combining the “Signing Completed” and the “Complete Session” popups into a single, unified message. This single popup, performs both actions to for Attestation and Completion of the signing process.

💫Dynamic Load Off - Verbiage Update
What was done?: When Dynamic Load is disabled, a new message will alert users to potential issues with Safari, specifically when handling high document volumes and slow internet connections. Testing indicates that reloading the page can resolve instances of frozen pages.

🐛 Improved Report Sorting
What was fixed?: Report Data Sorting: Addressed an issue that prevented users from reliably sorting data from user defined values. This fix ensures that clicking column headers now accurately reorders information, allowing for easier analysis and data review.
Report Export: Resolved an issue where exported reports were missing data in User Defined columns, displaying only headers.
