💫 Prince George's County Doc Print Conditions

What was done?: The Prince Georges County Finance Instructions Affidavit [Doc ID 4879] should print in the closing package when the property is located in Prince George's County in Maryland. There were issues with import files where this name was being received in various forms:

1. Prince Georges

2. Prince Georges County

3. Prince George's

4. Prince George's County

To resolve any potential issues, special logic was created to recognize these various name variations to print the document as expected.

What was done?: User Defined Fields (UDF) are now included in the report output when using the eNote Search and eVault Browse Search features

🐛API Endpoint Document Upload Bugs

What was fixed?: When using the API endpoint to upload documents, the system automatically assigns all borrowers present to the document - even when they have no actions. This presented an issue where another signer can see sensitive information on other documents. The fix was to add the 'isAssignedToAllParticipants' flag to the endpoint which, when false, the system does not automatically assign participants to that document. The user can now add individual participants to a document.

Also, a bug was found when implementing the above fix where tags were not ingesting, when no borrowers were present at the moment the document upload endpoint was called. The process has been adjusted.
