π« New History Document Tab
What was done?:
A new tab, labeled History, was added to SigniaLite which will allow the user to view and download a copy of a previously generated package for their current loan. The table displays the time and date in which the package was generated; as well as the package type and package name. The delivery type, either PDF Delivery or eDelivery, will be an indicator as to whether the package was delivered to the signing room or simply generated and viewed as a PDF.
π« Co-Signer Functionality
What was done?: What was once just a tab to adjust borrower type to a Trustee, has been modified to also allow the user to change the borrower type to Co-Signer.
π« IL Notice of Material Change in Loan Terms
What was done?: State-specific/Doc-Specific fields were added to SigniaLite for a user to generate an Illinois Notice of Material Change in Loan Terms. When initially navigating to the page, the user must mark the checkbox, which will act as the trigger to include the document in the package. Also upon marking the checkbox, additional fields will appear for the user to complete as necessary. The layout on the page mirrors the layout of the document for ease of input.

π Fixed Uploaded Documents Changing Document Font
What was fixed?: There were instances where manually appended documents to a Signia-produced package, were causing the PDF reactor to incorrectly use font from the appended documents and overriding the Signia font settings.

π« New HELOC Start Date/Maturity Date Logic
What was done?: Previously, the HELOC maturity date could only be calculated from the signing date. We have added the ability to also allow for a client to decide that they want to start the term from the First Payment Date.
This also allows some flexibility in the future to either import or create logic to produce a custom date beyond the signing date or first payment date.
π« Fast Pass Signature Font Update
What was done?: We changed the font of PASS to Brush Script MT, which is a more universally accepted font and will render correctly in more PDF viewers. We were previously using Vladamir Script font, but in certain applications, it was not recognized and a default non-script font was appearing on the doc.

π« Adjusted Logout Page Message
What was done?: In some use cases, Smart eSign is, "iframed" into other platforms and the signer is unaware that they are using our platform. However, when the signer completed their signing experience and logged out, they were presented with our logo on the log-out confirmation page. In an effort to eliminate any confusion or incoherency, we have simplified the logout page to a simple message, absent of any branding.

What was fixed?: After a series of off-cycle security patches, the user was unable to apply manually added document tags to a document. This functionality is now restored.

π Borrower Unable to View/Print Signed Documents via the Print Function
What was fixed?: After the signing has been completed, the user reaches a page where they are unable to view and print their signed documents. A series of hot-fix security patches prevented the documents from being displayed when clicking the print icon. This functionality has been restored.
