SigniaLite: Add Commitment Tab [SDOCS-8434]
What was done?: A Commitment tab will now appear on SigniaLite, if a client requires the production of commitments in their workflow. The fields on the commitment page are specific to the requirements for producing a commitment for the applicable property state.
SigniaLite State Specific: NC Rate Spread Adjustable Rate Disclosure [SDOCS-8445]
What was done?: When the property state is North Carolina and the product is an adjustable rate and it is the initial document stage; the user has the ability to provide the following datapoints to complete the North Carolina Rate Spread Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan Disclosure. There is no logic to determine if that client is using that document in their package, the fields are provided to be used as needed.
SigniaLite State Specific: KY Derivation Clause [SDOCS-8469]
What was done?: When the property state is Kentucky and final documents are being prepared, the state specific tab will appear for the user to input the recording information for the document by which the current owner acquired title to the property. This completes the derivation clause that will be shown on the Security Instrument.
SigniaLite State Specific: TN Derivation Clause [SDOCS-8472]
What was done?: When the property state is Tennessee and final documents are being prepared, the state specific tab will appear for the user to input the recording information for the document by which the current owner acquired title to the property. This completes the derivation clause that will be shown on the Security Instrument.
SigniaLite State Specific: VA Previous Lien [SDOCS-8532]
What was done?: When the property state is Virginia, its a refinance transaction and final documents are being prepared; the state specific tab will appear for the user to essentially indicate if the mortgage is an eligible refinance transaction under Virginia Code Annotated Section 55.1-319 (B) and it is desired to print and the below sentence, on the security instrument. If no information is input, but the checkbox is marked, blank lines will print for these to be later filled in at time of closing.
This is a refinance of a Deed of Trust recorded in the clerk’s office, Circuit Court of (name of county or city), Virginia, in Deed Book ______, page ______, in the original principal amount of ___________________, and with the outstanding principal balance which is _______________________ which had an interest rate of ____ % per annum.
SigniaLite: Flood Zone Specifics [SDOCS-8535]
What was done?: When the property is in a special flood zone, a Flood Zone tab will appear in SigniaLite for the user to input the NFIP Community Number and NFIP Community as needed.
SigniaLite: Can't Input a Value Greater than $1M [SDOCS-8555]
What was fixed?: There was an issue when a user input a value greater than $1,000,000.00 into a field in SigniaLite, due to the 2 commas. This has been corrected and there is no longer a limitation on the number of commas allowed in any field.
Snippets
Consumer Loan Application (4415) - Continuation Page Logic Adjustment [SDOCS-8542]
What was fixed?: There was logic to show the continuation page when more than 7 liabilities were present on the loan, but this was vestigial logic from the URLA Continuation Page because there is not a liabilities section on the Consumer Loan App so there would never need to be run-over liability data.
Integrations
FirstClose: Free Form Payee Mapping [SDOCS-8538]
What was done?: Created the ability for FirstClose to pass custom payees, instead of only passing Payee types.
eSign
Presign Issue: SSA Authorization to Release [SDOCS-8539]
What was fixed?: There was an issue with SSA Authorization to Release not able to be marked as presign and thus unable to be signed if the closing date was set in the future. This was a setup issue for this particular document and it has been resolved.
Optional Tags Should be Assigned to Borrower 1 [SGN-2093]
What was done?: Optional tags such as checkboxes and text fields on a document which multiple borrowers sign, will now always be assigned to the first borrower.
