SigniaLite

SigniaLite State Specific: MD Refinance Affidavit [SDOCS-8444]

What changed?: Previous recording information was added to SigniaLite to complete the MD Refinance Affidavit when applicable. These fields will appear when it is a final doc set, property state is Maryland and the loan purpose is refinance.

SigniaLite: False Error [SDOCS-8488]

What was fixed?: Randomly generated secure passwords for some client contained an apostrophe and it’s presence in the data payload was causing an error. All passwords were validated to insure this will no longer be an issue.

LightsOut: NMLS Footer is Missing on Note/SI [SDOCS-8340]

What was fixed?: Resolved a “Lights-Out” process bug where the Company and LO NMLS #s were not printing on the last page of the Note and Security Instrument. 

FirstClose: Missing CFPC HELOC PDF Attachment [SDOCS-8408]

What was fixed?: Enhanced logic to automatically attach the CFPB “What you should know about HELOCs” PDF to the initial disclosures for all newly created HELOC products.

LightsOut: Closing Instructions Doc List  [SDOCS-8386]

What was fixed?: Resolved an issue where the document list in the closing instructions was not pulling the correct list of documents included in the package.

First Close: HMDA Question Mapping Logic [SDOCS-8420]

What was fixed?: At the request of FirstClose, logic was updated to remove the connection between the below questions on the consumer loan app from the the application method, so if a true/false value exists in the payload, they will always appear on the document.

Signing Complete Error Message [SGN-2159]

What was fixed?: There was an issue with uncompleted checkboxes preventing a signing session from being completed. Logic was updated to prevent this from happening in the future.
