Product Enhancements
Check this section for minor feature updates and improvements we’ve made to Stavvy!
SigniaLite - Alaska Judicial District Dropdown
What changed?: When the property state is Alaska, the user will have the option to select the Judicial District, which is a special value specific to Alaska. The Judicial District appears on the Security Instrument and in notary acknowledgements.
Area of the Product: SigniaLite
SigniaLite - Trust Date Changed to Open Text Field
What changed?: The Trust Date field previously was restricted to mm/dd/yyyy format, this has been changed to an open text field. This change provides the user the freedom to input the trust date in any format needed. This should reduce the need to manually adjust the automatic signature lines.
Area of the Product: SigniaLite
Bug Fixes
Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.
SigniaLite - Manual Change of the Product Not Updating Terms
What was fixed?: When the user manually changed the product in the dropdown, the terms of the newly selected product were not being properly taken into account prior to documents being generated.
Area of the Product: SigniaLite
Client Custom Liability After Foreclosure Not Being Used
What was fixed?: Clients who use custom liability after foreclosure, were not seeing their custom choices on the closing disclosure. A stored procedure was updated to reference the client settings prior to generating documents.
Area of the Product: FirstClose Integration
Consumer Loan Application - HMDA Data “I do not wish to provide..”
What was fixed?: The “I do not wish to provide information” for Ethnicity and Race was not properly importing and printing on to the Consumer Loan Application. The mapping was adjusted and now these checkboxes are marked when required.
Area of the Product: FirstClose Integration
SigniaLite Inter Vivos Trust Signature Line Breaks
What was fixed?: The user is able to manually adjust the system generated trust signatures, and in a potential effort to structure the signature users were able to input their own line breaks. Line breaks are controlled by spacing requirements of each document. The system attempted to clean up the text and remove the line break, but in doing so removed some additional characters beyond the line break. Logic was improved to recognize and remove user input line breaks and not remove required characters.
Area of the Product: SigniaLite
