Review the steps below to complete testing of the SigniaDocs HELOC workflow.
Step 1: To order docs, open your loan and select the Services tab. Select Doc Preparation from the dropdown.
Step 2: If this is your first time using Signia, select SigniaDocs from the All Providers list and click Submit.
For quick access in the future, click Add to My List. SigniaDocs will then show in the My Providers tab.
Step 3: Enter your User Name, Password, and Customer ID. Then, confirm if the order is for Initial Disclosures or Closing Documents. Click, Submit.
Step 4: Select the default Product Type from the dropdown. Click, Finalize.
Click the dropdown for Doc Set Request to make changes if necessary. The Doc Set request will determine the types of packages that can be produced.
Step 5: Select the Package Request tab at the top of the page. Select the desired package from the Package Request dropdown. Select, Print as the Delivery Method.
Step 6: Click the Preview/Download Loan Documents button to view the PDF package. Select the Documents drop-down to view the documents in the packet.
