Verify eNote Registration on MERS eRegistry

1. Login to eVault
2. Click Registry --> eNote Record Investigation --> eNote Record Inquiry
3. The eNote Inquiry screen will open.
4. Enter the MINs
5. Check the Validate Signature box to confirm the copy of the eNote in your vault matches the eNote registered on the MERS eRegistry.
6. Click Send. 
7. The amount of data returned will depend on your company’s affiliation with the eNote record. The results will include if the loan is registered on the MERS System, if an Assumption has been reported, if a Modification has been reported, and if the eNote is a replacement for an earlier eNote with the same MIN.
