Product Enhancements

Increased Payoff Capabilities

What changed?: The maximum number of allowed payoffs per loan was increased from 30 to unlimited.

SigniaLite Change of Circumstance Functionality

What changed?: The functionality for the user to select which fees are applicable to a change of circumstance has been changed from dropdowns to checkboxes, creating a better user experience.

Updated the Support Contact Information

What changed?: Updated the footer on SigniaLite with a link to provide users with a more direct path to contacting Stavvy Customer Support to receive any assistance they might need.

Failed Payload Monitoring

What changed?: Monitoring is now in place in order to track when a payload was not fully ingested by Signia, but documents were still produced. The new tracking will provide an alert that triggers the payload to be rerun to ensure all of the data is imported as expected.

Bug Fixes

Whoops - our bad! Here’s the latest list of bugs we’ve squashed.

Rounding of Payoff Figures over $100k

What was fixed?: There was an issue where payoffs on HELOC loans with an outstanding balance over $100,000.00 were rounding off. The payload is now using an exact value.

Extra $ in the Payoff Total

What was fixed?: For documents such as the Debt Payoff Disbursement, there was a $ built into the snippet as well as built into the document. Typically the $ is not included in the snippet itself so that was removed from the logic.

Removed Package Preview Warning

What changed?: The Package Preview list on SigniaLite previously did not show uploaded/attached documents in the list, and as a result we previously had a message to remind the user of this fact. The document list issue had been resolved for some time but the warning message was not removed at that time.
